Funds are classified by their risk category based on historical and prospective measures of return potential and price-fluctuation risks.

ACIM’s Management Team

In addition, ACIM has a number of “Subadvised Funds” that it provides advisory services to through investment company clients. ACIM is deemed to beneficially own the securities of these Subadvised Funds. As such, ACC, Mr. Stowers and ACIM disclaim beneficial ownership of all such securities.

On each day that the New York Stock Exchange is open for business, the Company will accept instructions from Contract owners to purchase or redeem shares of the Funds (“Orders”). All Orders received by the Company prior to the close of regular trading on the Exchange on such day and transmitted to the Funds’ transfer agent by 9:00 a.m. Eastern time on the next Business Day will be executed at the net asset value determined as of such day.

The Foundation’s standard edition of ACIM continues to sell at a steady pace. Although other editions of the Course have a following, none has come close to approaching the perennial best-seller status of the standard edition.

ACIM’s Fees

ACIM’s fees are among the most competitive in the industry. They include a management fee, performance-based incentive fees and transaction fees. Moreover, the firm’s fund management team is compensated for their performance and risk-taking, rather than the size of their clients’ accounts.

The firm’s funds offer a variety of investment options, including fixed-income and equity funds. Its fixed-income offerings are a great choice for investors who want to protect their capital and generate relatively modest returns (around 12% at best). Its equity funds are ideal for investors who seek more significant returns than those offered by traditional fixed-income investments, but they must accept a higher degree of volatility and be willing to hold their positions for at least three years.

The firm’s private funds are not registered with the SEC and are available only to accredited and qualified investors who meet certain net worth and annual income requirements. Investors should carefully review the private offering memorandum for each of these funds before investing.
