One of the greatest soul winning strategies Jesus used was to win people by invitation. He would go to fishing docks, water wells and other locations where he could present his offer of salvation.

Leadership - This is a gift that God bestows on some to help direct and organize the different ministries of the Church. It is closely related to the gift of administration, but is more people oriented than task oriented in its application.
Exhortation - This is a gift that can be exhibited in the ability to consistently call upon others to follow Christ and His Word. It can include correcting and encouraging those who are weak in their faith, as well as comforting them during trials or difficult circumstances.
